I've been saying this for a year now. The motor voter/Arizona ID application allows concurrent registration to vote.

The form simply asks the applicant of they are eligible. If they lie and say yes, that's it. The only screening process is the employees at MVD and I'm pretty sure they don't ask.

All fraudulent declarations have to be rooted out one at a time and our gov and secretary of state are not going to do a damn thing about it.

While these individuals are not allowed to vote in Arizona elections, they can still vote in the federal election.
