Housing in the US is simply unaffordable, particularly after HUD levied new regulation rising the cost of new housing up to $31,000. Wait for this to kick into the data for mortgage demand! Mortgage applications decreased 2.3 percent from one week earlier, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending April 26, 2024. The Market Composite Index, a measure of mortgage loan application volume, decreased 2.3 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis from one week earlier. On an unadjusted basis, the Index decreased 1.4 percent compared with the previous week. The...

The Democrats are thrilled with all of it because they think that Ugly Nancy (hmmm...wonder who inspired that name) is America. In their minds, the perversion of justice that they unleashed through their corrupt judiciary jackals is finally working. Sure, they were hoping that they could throw all judicial integrity out the window and greatly shorten the timeline, but they're feeling their oats now. My experience in paying attention to all of the electorate makes me think that all is not what it seems to them.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that Ukraine will become a member of NATO. This announcement was made during his visit to Kyiv to discuss the ongoing conflict and future support from the alliance with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The NATO chief acknowledged delays in support that have had severe repercussions on the battlefield, emphasizing that although Ukraine has been outgunned, it is not too late for them to prevail with increased support on the way. Stoltenberg revealed that following President Zelenskyy’s appeal at the recent NATO-Ukraine Council meeting, NATO members, including the United States, the UK, Germany, and the...

One of the problems with the campus radicals and useful idiots is that they don't really live in reality. They talk about an occupation when there is no occupation of Gaza by Israel. They talk about a genocide when there is no genocide by Israel. There is a genocide being attempted by Hamas against Israel, but the radicals and idiots seem to refuse delivery on that reality. Fox's Lawrence Jones asked one of their people hawking propaganda material on the street outside of Columbia University some important questions, and her responses show how empty their positions truly are. He asked...

Earlier, we reported on the pathetic and disgraceful display being put on this week by pro-Hamas protesters on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH). To quickly recap, demonstrators who were upset over early morning arrests at an attempted encampment took down the American flag at the main campus and replaced it with a Palestinian flag.Though the agitators were amused, the university's interim chancellor, Lee Roberts, was not. Roberts proceeded to walk to the flag pole himself, remove the Palestinian flag, and re-fly the U.S. flag, to the appreciation of the Jewish students nearby. In...

Illegal immigrants are seen being flown to California by Florida's Department of Emergency Management. (Credit: FL Dept. of Emergency Mgmt.) Internal data obtained by Fox News via a House Homeland Security Committee subpoena to Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shows that thousands of illegal immigrants have been flowing into over 45 U.S. cities under a controversial program instated by the Biden administration. The "CHNV" migration parole program stands for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Immigrants from these countries are eligible to participate in the parole program. The program permits them to fly into the U.S. directly...

Last Sunday’s ‘Demonic Flooding of America’ was so popular, this is its companion piece, a fleshed-out examination of the Head of the Snake; the cabal that is behind the Great Reset, the Covid and Global Warming hoaxes, and every profit-bonanza-war of the last thirty, if not 500 years, but especially Ukraine. They call themselves by a proliferation of names: the Olympians, the Elect, Bilderbergers, the 300, demi-gods, the Black Nobility, other silly secret names that must not be spoken. They are secret because their intent is evil. They practice the occult – foolish and irresponsible – they are “Masons” of...

Last month the Third US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials. Democrats use this tactic frequently to add more ballots to their candidate’s totals following election day. “Mailed ballots that arrive on time but in envelopes without dates handwritten by Pennsylvania voters or with incorrect dates should not be counted, a three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday. Their 2-1 decision strikes down a lower court ruling.” NPR reported last month. “The main legal issue surrounding what are often called “undated ballots” is...

A report published by Politico claims that wanting the human race to reproduce is now a “far right” position to take. Yes, really. Leftists are so obsessed with identity politics, they’re arguing that human reproduction, and being in favour of people having babies is now right wing. The article focuses on a recent natal convention , and states that “The far right is so obsessed with making babies, they just held a whole conference about it.” The far right is so obsessed with making babies, they just held a whole conference about it. They are even using a political term...

Benjamin Kerstein. Feb 20, 2024. “There is a certain concord and consent in evil souls.” — Plotinus A day before he committed suicide, Adolf Hitler dictated his final testament. In it, he blamed Germany’s defeat—which no one did more to engineer than himself—on the Jews. Israeli writer A.B. Yehoshua once remarked on the astonishing insanity of this claim, given that Hitler had just succeeded in slaughtering six million Jews with little in the way of resistance. If Hitler’s imagined Elders of Zion really existed, after all, they would have stopped his genocidal project before it even got started. In the...

This is the second in a series of four articles discussing how the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act and other federal civil rights laws could potentially be used to bring a class action lawsuit against Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) for their coordinated efforts to harass and intimidate Jewish students on college campuses. See the first article here.( link) What does the 1964 Mississippi Burning case that occurred at the height of the civil rights struggle have in common with the plight of besieged Jewish and Israeli university students today? More than university administrators or the faculty...

The Speaker of the House of Commons has just kicked out Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre for refusing to retract his characterization of Justin Trudeau as a “wacko”, “radical”, and/or “extremist”. The comment that got Poilievre booted came when he was speaking on drug overdoses in BC and Trudeau’s failure to act on the BC government’s request to reverse their decision and recriminalize hard drugs, which have been killing thousands. “Mr. Speaker, it is a choice for [Trudeau] to implement extremist policies that have taken the lives of 2,500 British Columbians every single year. Since the NDP has asked [Trudeau] to...

Has the Biden administration forgotten the injunction to never negotiate with terrorists? With the White House seeking to placate Hamas while censuring Israel for having the gall to defend itself, it seems the administration has embraced the exact opposite of that old wisdom. In her daily briefing on Monday, underqualified White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre only supported that impression with her words on a possible deal with Hamas. A reporter asked her about President Joe Biden’s Sunday call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “The significant focus of that … call was obviously on securing the release of all...

House Democrat leadership announced on April 30 that they would vote to save House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) bid to strip him of the gavel should she activate it. The Democrat lawmakers said they would vote to table Ms. Greene’s motion to vacate should she bring it up, while referencing the House GOP leader’s recent help in passing $95 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific that had been stalled for months. “If she invokes the motion, it will not succeed,” Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), Democratic Whip Katherine Clark (D-Conn.)...

Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County, is currently dealing with yet another legal issue—this time, a lawsuit brought by a state legislator in Georgia. In her suit, Rep. Mesha Mainor, a Republican elected to the Georgia House in 2020, “alleges that Willis, Commissioner Marvin Arrington, the Fulton County Ethics Board, and the county itself were derelict in its duties to properly litigate a criminal case in which Mainor was repeatedly stalked by a former friend and political associate,” Newsweek reported. A spokesperson for the state lawmaker said she would provide additional details regarding the lawsuit during a press...

A man who was arrested for allegedly vandalizing almost a dozen cars outside of a New Hampshire Republican convention was denied bail after police found weapons and a manifesto at his home. Police said 37-year-old Lawrence Anthony Dunlap keyed the cars on April 13 as Republicans were at a biennual event at the Christa McAuliffe Auditorium at Concord High School. “It seems as if someone knew there was a Republican event going on at the high school, and this was their chance to tell Republicans they hate us,” said GOP delegate Di Lothrop at the time. “Divisiveness at its worst!”...

White House Council of Economic Advisers Chair Jared Bernstein dismissed concerns that the economy is under-performing, saying "I can't get myself worked up over mere statistics in the GDP or CPI. Folks don't eat the GDP. The CPI includes volatile components like food, energy, and housing. If we exclude the price spikes in these areas inflation doesn't look so bad." "A key strength that our Republican critics overlook is that government spending remains robust," Bernstein added. "Under Bidenomics we're not at the mercy of private sector investments for economic growth. Their anti-social quest for increased profits is supplanted by a...
