Basically, defense is constantly going to face road blocks in cross-examination, EVEN WITH THE STATE’S STAR WITNESS. Where is there any justice in this circus?

Merchan is not even allowing defense attorney Blanche, who’s doing the questioning, to approach the bench. WHAT BS.
Merchan isn’t there as a judge — he’s just there to robotically sustain all prosecution objections. SCUMBAG.
