Days after Donald Trump trashed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on social media, a poll released by Florida Atlantic University and Mainstreet Research suggests the 2024 presumptive Republican nominee has some reason to worry about the third party candidate.
The national poll showed President Joe Biden leading Trump by a single-point in a statistical dead heat, 47% to 46%, among likely voters. But when RFK Jr. was added as an option, Biden's lead grew to 5 points, 44% to 39%. The survey of 1,046 adults has a 3-point margin of error.

“It is concerning and beyond logic,” said Chris LaCivita, Trump’s co-campaign manager, “that there are some conservative platforms that continue to give a voice.”

It’s not really surprising. Trump’s Achilles heel with a lot of people is the clot shot and the lockdowns. That’s Kennedy’s strong point. He calls out the lockdowns, Ukraine and Big Pharma.
As the campaign heats up he’ll have to thread the needle convincing wayward conservatives and independents he’s not a far left kook when in reality he is! Outside of COVID vaccines where is he in disagreement with them on any issue? There are a lot of disgruntled Democrats who are not on the coasts and in LA, NYC and DC, and RFK Jr would be a far more preferable choice to them than Trump! RFK Jr is a hardcore leftist who won’t be able to hide those credentials for too long!

For some here on FR, he’s been popular as well. As an alternative to Trump, no way, but to mess with the Democrats, sure! I cannot imagine any former Trump supporter actually supporting Kennedy at the ballot box.

First, RFK is drawing votes from Biden. Now it’s reversed!
Although I can’t understand how Biden could possibly win a second term as dog catcher, Americans have become crazy unpredictable fools hell-bent on committing national suicide.
The votes are going to have to be carefully scrutinized in every precinct as Democrats could only win by massive fraud.
They weren’t going to vote for Trump anyway.
A combo Canadian and academia poll that has Biden on top.
Who could doubt them?
While I’m guessing COVID and vaccines are his main attraction, he’s tilting rightward on Jan 6th and on immigration too.

Concern has been expressed by Chris LaCivita, Trump’s co-campaign manager. Especially since he’s having mostly friendly chats with Fox, Newsmax, Shapiro and conservative YouTubers.

Yeah that’s total BS, every poll Ive seen shows when RFK Jr is in the race it EXPANDS Trump’s victory in swing states..Im not talking about nationally Im talking about swing states..and if RFK Jr was so great, he would be on MSNBC and CNN non stop if he were so helpful to the Dem party..and NO WAY would a Trump voter vote for someone who wants to take away their guns and is for late term abortion
