I have no idea if that was a deliberate part of the deception, since Eric is a personal friend of Amir’s. I think the attack came shortly after. 👍

I found good satellite coverage of Iran on the Pakistan government weather site, visible imagery with a loop over past few hours shows almost entirely clear skies over all of Iran (it is about noon local time), all you can see is a few snow-capped mountain peaks, no signatures of anything large-scale as far as bomb blasts. Will keep an eye on source until local nightfall around 7 hours from now.
