No plans, no weapons beyond flagpoles, no fires, no graffiti, no hostages, nothing. Just a peaceful demonstration that should NOT have ‘occupied’ a building.

Democrats can ‘occupy’ or burn down cities, or destroy buildings... and get away with it. Corrupt white liberal ‘elites’ protect them.

We can’t do that. The standard for us is very high. The standard for filthy democrats is ‘anything goes and will be forgiven’... corrupt ‘elites’ protect and pay for violent democrats to do their thing. Sometimes they hire protesters. And the FBI? They look away when it’s democrats. VP Harris will even bail them out..

. If we do one tenth what democrats do - and only for one day - we’re thrown in jail for years.... That’s how it works in totalitarian hellholes. That’s how it works here in the “United States”...

Biden’s Solicitor General’s “obstruction” argument to the court seemed to serve a dual purpose:
<><>to placate the court’s concerns that the govt’s reading of Section 1512(c)(2) is overbroad
<><>and to convince the justices that the DOJ applies the obstruction statute “uniformly.”

Yet, judging by the questions and responses from the bench,
from Gorsuch, a majority of the justices remained unconvinced.

Far from establishing that the Biden DOJ enforces Section 1512(c)(2) uniformly,
<><>his solicitor general’s argument painted a far different picture
<><>that the Biden admin acted solely in its own interests
<><>that it enlarged or contracted statutory language at will
<><>altering the law in obeisance to leftists’ self-serving political purposes of the moment.
