I think there'd be a firestorm of criticism of Kerry if he picked the Sinkmeister as veep - because he could not become president if Kerry suddenly 'fell ill' or something...this scenario would make the Speaker of the House second in line for the throne. No demonrat would be dumb enough to do it.

Bill can be VICE-President...Actually, Bill has already been VICE President...
But seriously folks, Bill is constitutionally ineligible to be President or Vice-President, since you must be eligible to assume the Presidency in order to be Vice-President.
So, quit worrying....about Bill Clinton, that is. The other one is a different story entirely.

Oh yes there is a law against it, the supreme law of the land is against. Of course, that hasn't bothered Clinton in the past but I think even he would have trouble with this one.

Willard CANNOT be Vice-President - period.
The Twelfth Amendment is pretty clear. It is the amendment that talks about how the Electoral College meets and chooses the pres and veep. The last sentence: But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
That's it, end of story.
