There are hundreds, if not thousands of these charred scrolls from the Roman houses around Vesuvius. I expect more and more to be deciphered as imaging and AI processing gets increasingly better.

A lot happened in Rome after the eruption, but there should still be quite a bit of Roman Republic and Greek writing rediscovered. Can’t wait!
