But first, we must acknowledge that as organized crime syndicates, states have no legitimate claim to territory. This is no less true in Israel than anywhere else. States acquire territory by plunder and confiscation …This is communistic gobbledygook. The mere existence of states is not “statism” per se; the definition of that word implies totalitarianism, and it is not the case that all states are totalitarian. So this article also by implication condemns the US Declaration of Independence, which makes statements to the effect that “governments are instituted among men” whose purpose is “to effect their safety and happiness”, and the article is garbage, with all due respect, implying that the mere existence of the State of Israel is the cause of Hamas’ war. (There is no context that can justify that excerpt I posted.)
No intention to make implication about the Israel war against Hamas, which I think justified.
The article's first paragraph reads like a description of the Democrats' policies and political planks. "The state is an organized crime racket. It appropriates wealth by coercion and regularly uses force in violation of the nonaggression principle. The state is a parasite that perpetuates itself at all costs and extends itself by any means possible. Regardless of its putative leaders, the state grows and increases its power at the expense of its hosts and others who fall victim to its predations." The point of posting the except was to cite the first paragraphs as a generalization. Our Declaration of Independence is among my favorite documents, and speaks to a time when government was far smaller, far less expensive and far less invasive than today's government.
Would that the Israelis had a 2A, as they now are issuing permits for guns after the fact. Should have been all Israelis right to bear arms. Period. And shoot back at first sign of attack.
Best wishes.
