Stereotypically (how un-PC of me!) Asian students are more noted for attending to their studies than attending protests.
Certainly there are non-students at the protests, but if there are teachers and students at the protest then there is probably one man we can blame: Erwin Chemerinsky.
He was the extremely left-wing law professor who was the Founding Dean of UCI's Law Department.
Obviously he had something to do with hiring the law professors who now populate the department.
So sad that Asian students who should be brought up learning and working to be productive members of society, are now being brainwashed into becoming yet another victim group.

UCI is sometimes referred to as University of California at Indochina because of the high percentage of Asian students that attend there.

Unfortunately OC is no longer conservative. When I lived in Irvine four of five council members and the Congresswoman were Republicans. Now it’s four DemonCrats and Katie Porker representing Irvine.
