WWRC in Washington, DC 1990–1994 - WIKI. But no mention of him in San Diego. I could swear I heard him about 10 years ago in San Diego when I worked there for a summer. Maybe he was filling in for Rush at the time.

Gallagher is like an even more boring and repetitive version of Hannity, which is really saying something.
All of the Salem Radio hosts are RINO lightweights though so it figures.
