This idiot has it exactly backwards.
There used to be professional consequence for idiots like this that cost the company they work for, lots of money.
In America in 2024 if three people are applying for a job with a complete stranger and are all equally qualified:
1. A woman
2. A black person man or woman
3. A white man
In nearly any large company of any significance the white man would be the LEAST likely to be hired, PERIOD.
That is a FACT
